Eligible Returns

You may return your product within 15 days of delivery if:
1. It arrives 
damaged due to transit mishandling.
2. You receive an 
incorrect product.

  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs and videos of the product and its packaging at the time of opening the package. 
    Important Notes:
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds will be initiated after thorough inspection of the returned product.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
