Role Overview: We are looking for a Technical Educator who will combine product expertise with sales support to drive customer engagement and conversions. The role focuses on training, demonstrations, and enabling the sales team to effectively position Richelon products in the market.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for salons and clients
• Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and best practices
• Work closely with the sales team to support client acquisition and conversions
• Assist in closing deals by addressing technical queries and product concerns
• Travel across assigned territories for on-ground training and client interactions
• Develop training materials, product guides, and SOPs
• Support new product launches through demos and awareness sessions
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and innovations
• Build strong relationships with salon professionals to drive product adoption
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in beauty training / cosmetology
• Strong knowledge of waxing and skincare products
• Good understanding of client handling and sales support
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Confident, well-groomed, and client-facing personality
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Ability to influence buying decisions through product expertise
